New Zealand Insurance Services Provider needed to modernize its document management system so policy documents could be stored centrally and accessed more easily by clients and employees. Working with Rocket Software, the insurer also wanted to support a secure mobile app so customers could view personal information and important documents anytime.

Rocket Software implemented Rocket Folders to centralize and archive the company’s documents without recreating files, allowing past records to be transferred and made readable across platforms. The result was over 3 million policy documents and about 55 million pages stored in the system, mobile access for around 8,000 users, and a 32% reduction in help desk calls.
