Opal Divine’s partnered with Rock Candy Media to boost attendance for its annual Whisky Festival, the Austin craft pub’s biggest event of the year. The challenge was to turn a major local gathering into an even bigger draw and drive ticket sales among whisky fans across the region.

Rock Candy Media ran a month-long promotional campaign using social media, newsletters, and local Austin press to build demand, then added a last-minute “Lucky 13” ticket promotion to spur day-of sales. The effort produced the biggest pre-sale in the festival’s 13-year history and moved 20 additional same-day tickets at $50 each, helping make the event a notable success with strong social and media buzz.
