Cascade Coffee, a major US coffee roasting and packaging company, faced challenges with manual palletizing, including labor shortages, safety issues, and high employee turnover. To address this, they partnered with vendor Robotiq to automate their process using Robotiq's Palletizing Solution.

Robotiq implemented six palletizing workcells, which led to significant improvements in safety and employee morale. The solution delivered strong performance, with lines palletizing between 2,500 and 7,500 cases daily, and achieved a return on investment within approximately 13 months. Robotiq's automation also allowed employees to upskill into higher-paying technical roles.
