Topgolf grows from 14 to 50 venues blending technology and entertainment

Topgolf, the sports and entertainment company, grew rapidly from 14 venues to 50 and needed to replace manual, spreadsheet-based processes that couldn’t keep up with its expansion. As it added more locations, employees, and complex operations across venues, it needed to better connect specialized SaaS, cloud, and on-premise systems for areas like HR, payroll, POS, inventory, event sales, and back-office operations.

RoboMQ provided its Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) to integrate Topgolf’s 30+ systems and 65 workflows across its hybrid cloud environment. The solution helped Topgolf automate employee lifecycle management, support multiple POS systems, ensure payroll compliance, and improve revenue assurance and inventory management, delivering more than $700,000 in annual savings and enabling scalable international expansion.
