Topgolf, the sports and entertainment company behind more than 50 venues nationwide, needed a way to connect the many systems that support its rapidly growing operations. As the company expanded from 14 to 50 locations, it had to coordinate food and beverage inventory, point of sales, golf gaming, event sales, HR, payroll, and scheduling to keep guest experiences smooth and operations efficient. Topgolf selected RoboMQ and its Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) to help build an integration-first architecture for its business processes.
RoboMQ implemented integrations across ADP HR, Active Directory, POS, event sales, inventory, scheduling, and payroll so data could flow in near real time across Topgolf’s venues. This enabled automated access provisioning for associates, synchronized menu and banquet updates, inventory reconciliation, shift swapping, and accurate payroll calculations for around 20,000 associates. The result was less manual work, lower cost, improved efficiency, and the operational backbone needed to support Topgolf’s growth and serve 35,000 guests daily.
