Manual onboarding, access provisioning, and termination handling were time-consuming and created operational strain for HR and IT. Katerra turned to RoboMQ’s Hire2Retire, an ADP-to-Active Directory integration solution, to automate these repetitive tasks.

With RoboMQ’s Hire2Retire, Katerra automated employee profile creation and lifecycle updates, including onboarding, role changes, leave, terminations, and rehires. The solution mapped ADP data to Active Directory accounts, security groups, OUs, and distribution lists, while also opening or closing ServiceNow tickets for tracking and sending alerts on errors. As a result, Katerra saved significant system administrator time, improved first-day employee experience, and reduced security and compliance risk by ensuring timely terminations and role-based access control.
