A RoboMQ Case Study
Ignyte Insurance, an independent US firm, faced significant challenges after a divesting from its parent company. With a reduced IT team, they had no automated process for managing employee identities, forcing them to manually provision and deprovision access across systems like ADP and Microsoft Entra ID. This manual burden was unsustainable and created security risks. Ignyte partnered with RoboMQ to implement its Hire2Retire identity governance and administration platform to automate this lifecycle management.
RoboMQ's solution used an API-based connection to integrate ADP with Entra ID, making ADP the single source of truth for automated account creation, updates, and deprovisioning. The implementation also included a native integration with Freshservice to automatically generate onboarding and offboarding tickets. This automation freed the small IT team from manual tasks, reducing the implementation timeline from an estimated ten weeks to just six. The result was a more secure, consistent, and efficient identity management process for Ignyte Insurance.
