Horizon Services, a home services company with over 1,000 employees, faced challenges with manually managing its employee lifecycle. This process caused delays in onboarding new hires, created data inaccuracies, and posed security risks when terminated employees retained system access. To solve this, Horizon Services partnered with vendor RoboMQ to implement its Hire2Retire automated identity provisioning product.

RoboMQ implemented its Hire2Retire solution to automatically synchronize data between the company's ADP HRIS and Azure Active Directory. This provided Horizon Services with end-to-end, no-code integration that operates in near real-time. As a result, the company can now quickly onboard new hires with correct access, ensure profile data remains accurate, automatically revoke access upon termination to prevent data breaches, and save the time and money previously spent on manual processes.
