How Max Auto Supply Is Leading a Nationwide DVI Rollout

Max Auto Supply, the world’s largest Midas franchise with 111 stores across six states, needed a better way to modernize and standardize its vehicle inspection process as it continued to grow. The company faced resistance to change and wanted a more efficient, consistent approach to servicing the 40,000 vehicles it handles each month, so it turned to RO Writer and its Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) solution.

RO Writer helped Max Auto Supply roll out DVI location by location, supported by software installation, technical training, and daily performance reporting. The results were strong: inspection rates and customer communication improved, average repair orders increased by $28 company-wide in one month, and battery sales at one store grew from about 5 per month to 15–20 per month. Max Auto Supply is now two-thirds of the way to companywide DVI adoption across all 111 locations.
