The Constellation Trust - Customer Case Study

The Constellation Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust in Hull, needed a long-term ICT partner when its BSF contract ended and wanted a flexible, cost-effective managed IT service that would work across primary, secondary and alternative provision schools without disrupting teaching. RM Education was shortlisted and chosen to provide the trust’s fully managed IT support service, including helpdesk access and remote network support.

RM Education implemented a wraparound service with proactive overnight checks, remote updates, RM Unify, RM Flex, Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, plus ongoing implementation and project management support for the move to the cloud. The trust reported fewer support calls, no interruption to lessons, stronger collaboration across schools, and around an 80% reduction in support calls, while also saving about one third on IT support costs compared with its previous provision.
