Case Study: Maidensbridge Primary achieves remote learning success with RM Education and MS Teams

A RM Education Case Study

Preview of the Maidensbridge Case Study

Putting MS Teams at the centre of Remote Learning for a Primary School in the West Midlands – Maidensbridge Primary

RM Education worked with Maidensbridge Primary, a small one-form entry school in the West Midlands, to prepare for remote learning when COVID-19 forced schools to close. Before the outbreak, the school mainly used email, USB drives, OneDrive and remote access tools, and had only just started exploring Microsoft Teams as part of an RM-led strategy review.

RM Education helped Maidensbridge quickly roll out Microsoft Teams via RM Unify, setting up log-in access for staff and pupils, creating year-group teams, and providing virtual support and guidance for teachers and parents. Within days, the school had all staff and most learners using Teams for remote learning, video calls and class collaboration, helping keep up to 10 vulnerable and key-worker children on site while building stronger home-school communication and confidence in digital learning.
