Greenwood Academy and RM Education work in partnership to deliver a consistent learning environment, efficient planning and collaborative working

The Greenwoods Academy, part of Academies Enterprise Trust in Birmingham, wanted to use technology more consistently across the school to support teaching and learning, improve collaboration, and save time on administration and logistics. To achieve this, the academy needed reliable cloud connectivity, strong safeguarding, and a solution that would help teachers feel confident using the new tools. RM Education provided the managed service and connectivity services, alongside RM SafetyNet.

RM Education implemented a managed service with a named account manager and an on-site technician, helping Greenwood transition smoothly to a cloud-based environment. The result was greater teacher confidence, easier document sharing across the Trust, improved planning and collaboration, and better GDPR compliance by reducing USB and remote-server use. RM Education also supported memorable events such as a school-wide Remembrance Day livestream, allowing the academy to work more efficiently and deliver learning seamlessly throughout the day.
