Each year RM Education processes 27 million exam results and makes more than 70 million matches, and during the checking period it handles over 1,000 calls and emails a day. The team also investigated a 2012 statistical anomaly in English GCSE results and confirmed the reported decrease was real, helping ensure the integrity and credibility of the published tables.
