Tibi, the New York–based women’s fashion brand founded by Amy Smilovic, faced the challenge of managing rapid omni‑channel growth across retail, wholesale, DTC ecommerce, a U.S. distribution center and a European 3PL. To replace its fragmented systems and give teams real‑time visibility into products, inventory and finances, Tibi selected RLM Apparel Software in early 2017 for a purpose‑built apparel solution.
RLM Apparel Software delivered a single integrated suite (ERP, PLM, WMS, EDI translator and financials) with API integrations to Shopify, Returnly and Tibi’s European 3PL, automating item pushes, inventory updates, order fulfillment, shipping/tracking and returns. The RLM implementation eliminated duplicate data entry, automated invoicing and 3‑way matching, improved inventory visibility across channels, supported European expansion and freed staff for higher‑value work — helping sustain Tibi’s omni‑channel growth as ecommerce now represents roughly 30% of the business.
