Southwest Regional Rehabilitation Center (SRRC), a long-established rehabilitation provider in Battle Creek, Michigan, faced an outdated policy and procedure strategy: paper binders and disparate shared drives, more than 20 managers involved in policy creation, roughly three approval stages per policy, an average five-month approval timeline, no automation or tracking, and difficult search and retrieval.
