Phoenix Services, a global industrial services provider supporting steel mills across five continents, needed to modernize its IT infrastructure as its workforce became increasingly distributed. With RKL eSolutions and Expedient, Phoenix now supports 650 users worldwide with just five in-house IT staff, speeds up resource provisioning to within hours, reduces server maintenance time and cost, and improves security, availability, and scalability.
