The County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania sticks with Sage when upgrading their ERP system

The County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP), a statewide nonprofit representing Pennsylvania’s 67 counties, needed a more robust accounting platform with stronger reporting and integration capabilities. Working with RKL eSolutions, CCAP evaluated options and decided to stay within the Sage ecosystem, moving from Sage 100 to Sage EM, with Sage Intelligence and Sage Fixed Assets.

RKL eSolutions helped CCAP complete a fast, smooth migration to Sage EM in about five months, using import templates and configurable setup options to fit the organization’s needs. The new system reduced duplicate data entry through integrations, improved reporting with Excel-based Sage Intelligence, and gave more users self-service access to financial data. CCAP expects the solution to pay for itself through efficiency gains.
