AquaPhoenix Scientific, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial water treatment test kits, chemicals, reagents, and custom-labeled kits, needed a better ERP system to support growth and speed up operations. After moving from QuickBooks to Sage EM, the company found the original implementation too basic and struggled with complexity, poor setup, and recurring SQL Server performance issues.
