National Auto Lock Service migrates to Sage 100

National Auto Lock Service, Inc. (NAL), a supplier of automotive locksmith and security products, needed to eliminate duplicate data entry between its e-commerce site and back-end accounting system. The company was manually re-keying web orders into Sage Business Works, processing credit cards by hand, and looking for a more compliant and efficient way to manage inventory and forecasting. RKL eSolutions proposed a fully integrated Sage 100 solution.

RKL eSolutions implemented Sage 100 ERP with custom e-commerce integration, Sage Payment Solutions for PCI-compliant credit card processing, and automated shipment-tracking updates back to the storefront. Orders now flow directly into Sage 100, cards are charged upon invoicing, and NAL improved its MRP reporting. The result was fewer errors and lost orders, streamlined operations, and a 60% reduction in the time spent processing walk-in orders.
