American International Manufacturing improves efficiency with Sage 100

American International Manufacturing (AIM), a manufacturer of high-quality agricultural and industrial equipment, was struggling with a 20-year-old legacy system. Using Real World Passport alongside QuickBooks, AIM faced tedious manual reconciliation, double entry, and limited ability to adapt workflows, meet customer requirements, or customize order and invoice documents. RKL eSolutions was brought in to modernize their process with Sage 100.

RKL eSolutions implemented Sage 100 to streamline AIM’s operations, improve visibility, and automate key workflows. The new system replaced Excel-based quoting, enabled multiple quote forms, supported emailed quotes and order confirmations, and added tighter controls through a 3-way match in purchasing. As a result, AIM reduced manual data reconciliation and double entry, improved quote and order management, and gained greater efficiency across finance and operations.
