A Rivo Case Study

Preview of the MAG Case Study

MAG - Customer Case Study

Manchester Airports Group (MAG) is the largest UK‑owned airport operator, handling around 42 million passengers and 600,000 tonnes of air freight annually across Manchester, London Stansted, East Midlands and Bournemouth, plus substantial property assets. MAG needed a new safety system after an internal IT migration rendered its legacy tools unsuitable and senior management asked the Safety Director to measure performance and demonstrate improvements in incident management and risk across the operation.

Following a competitive tender MAG chose Rivo for its flexibility, deploying Incidents, Risks and Actions & Remediation modules across 5,000 locations. The system delivered complete visibility of incidents, better tracking of corrective actions, faster follow‑ups, reduced accident frequency, increased reporting (including near misses) as employee engagement rose, and attracted senior management interest to extend reporting and quantify cost per accident.
