Armstrong Transport Group, a non-asset-based logistics provider, needed a modern way to integrate and analyze data beyond finance and accounting. With an outdated stack built on Power Automate and Power BI, the company struggled to connect niche freight and marketing data sources and relied heavily on the data team for reporting, leaving many business users without self-service access.
Rivery implemented a flexible ELT and data integration solution for Armstrong, with Rivery pipelines feeding Snowflake and enabling self-service analytics in Sigma. The results were significant: Armstrong cut a recurring Sage data extraction and consolidation process from 10 hours to 8 minutes, saved an estimated 1,500 data analyst hours annually, expanded data access to at least 300 users, and quickly connected sources like DAT and major ad platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and Instagram.
