Global Diversified Industrial Manufacturing Company, a $13B global manufacturer, set out to execute a “Cloud First” strategy by moving its global IT infrastructure to AWS. To support this transition, the company needed a cost-effective way to migrate workloads from two data centers while improving agility, productivity, QoS, innovation, and operational efficiency. RiverMeadow’s SaaS Cloud Migration Platform was selected to help address this challenge.

RiverMeadow implemented an agentless, migration-focused SaaS platform to move more than 400 virtual machines from the two U.S.-based data centers to AWS, including Windows, RHEL, and OEL systems, along with Oracle, SQL, SQL Anywhere, Tableau, SAP, file servers, and project life-cycle applications. As a result, the company migrated quickly and is expecting over 15% in total cost of ownership savings.
