Trafigura, a global commodity trading firm with more than 55 offices and multiple data centers, faced a rapidly changing, high-priority network environment supporting voice, video, Citrix and critical trading applications over MPLS and assorted WAN links. During the trial it uncovered a Citrix port-assignment issue that avoided an unnecessary capacity upgrade, produced ROI in under three months, and empowered operations staff to resolve many problems without escalation, improving performance and prioritization for the business.
