Hilton Grand Vacations, a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels that sells vacation ownership, was struggling to keep up with rapid global growth. With centralized IT in Orlando and sales offices across the US and Asia, WAN latency was slowing critical business processes—contract approvals could take 30 minutes or more and file transfers and email were sluggish, hurting sales efficiency and customer experience.
