Riverbed and Anzena Deliver Network Optimization to Centralize IT Service Delivery for Swedish Pest Control Specialist

Anticimex is a Swedish-born international pest control specialist operating in 16 countries that increasingly relies on connected cameras, traps and real‑time reporting. With 36 branches and 10 satellites whose MPLS bandwidth varied from under 10 Mbps to 50 Mbps, the company could not reliably centralize file servers or deliver consistent IT services for mobile, collaborative staff—so it needed to maximize connectivity to support digital services and a centralized IT platform.

Anzena and Riverbed implemented SteelHead appliances in five regional offices with Riverbed SteelCentral for centralized management, plus a managed hosting and support agreement; the appliances were simple to install remotely. The deployment delivered faster connectivity, higher uptime, full backups and the ability to guarantee SLAs, while cutting local server maintenance and license costs, freeing internal IT for strategic projects and creating a platform for future digital services.
