n11.com is Turkey’s largest e-commerce platform, launched in 2012 and today serving millions of customers, 100,000 professional sellers and some 80 million visits a month. n11.com implemented Riverbed SteelCentral after a proof of concept that uncovered multiple critical issues (GRE traffic, load balancer and database problems). SteelCentral now captures and analyzes large-scale application data in real time, gives developers precise root-cause insight (RTCC), speeds troubleshooting, preserves SLAs, boosts time-to-market and operational efficiency, and has strengthened customer and seller trust — with automation and proactive alerts planned next.
