Mobistar, a subsidiary of Orange with nearly 3 million mobile customers and network coverage across almost 99% of Belgium, runs a high‑speed WAN that supports critical business applications like billing and customer service. Within hours IT could analyze end‑to‑end traffic, build Business Groups and application definitions, and monitor 60+ performance indicators—quickly pinpointing issues such as a subtle email server misconfiguration that, when fixed, improved performance without hardware upgrades.
