Allianz Turkey, the local arm of one of the world’s largest insurers, supports thousands of agencies and millions of customers but was hampered by slow application response times, lengthy troubleshooting, and delayed information exchange with external partners—conditions that hurt employee productivity and customer experience.

After a proof-of-concept, Allianz deployed Riverbed SteelCentral (AppResponse, AppInternals, Transaction Analyzer, NetSensor, AppMapper) to monitor, record and map transactions and infrastructure. The result: pages now load much faster (from 3.4s to 1.4s), average page views rose about 45%, server response times fell by over 50%, and many issues that previously took hours to diagnose are now resolved in minutes, delivering better visibility and improved customer satisfaction.
