Garden Spot Village is a 104‑acre, non‑profit retirement community (about 1,000 residents and nearly 500 staff across two campuses) that needed a future‑proof, centrally managed Wi‑Fi solution. The organization required comprehensive indoor and outdoor coverage across its main campus and adjacent property, scalable phased rollouts to a nearby skilled‑nursing campus, and a high‑performance network to support entertainment, healthcare, video surveillance, building automation and large events.

HealthSignals deployed a Fiber360 backbone with 223 Xirrus access points and arrays, enterprise switches, the Xirrus Management System and managed services, delivered in phased rollout with staff training.
