This removed guesswork, eliminated misplaced paperwork, and significantly improved day-one readiness. As a result of working with Rival, new hire satisfaction with the induction process more than doubled to 65%, and the HR department saw a 5:1 reduction in daily follow-up tasks, freeing them to focus on more strategic work.
