WILO SE, a leading global manufacturer of pump systems, needed a better way to give sales and service employees mobile access to CRM data from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. The company wanted a solution that was stable, easy to use, able to handle large contact syncs, and flexible enough to support different user profiles and offline access across multiple countries. Riva was selected to help meet these requirements.
Riva implemented a server-side integration between Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 and Outlook/Exchange, syncing contacts, appointments, tasks, and visit reports without requiring desktop plug-ins. The solution worked across laptops and mobile devices, supported offline use, and fit WILO SE’s existing infrastructure. After a successful pilot with 50 users in three countries, WILO SE planned a broader rollout to more than 200 users across additional countries, with improved CRM data quality and anytime, anywhere access for the sales team.
