Van Genechten improves Europe-wide sales with Riva for SugarCRM

Van Genechten Packaging, Europe’s largest independent folding carton producer, needed a way to sync SugarCRM with its GroupWise email system so salespeople could access CRM information anytime, anywhere from email and mobile devices. The company wanted seamless, server-side synchronization of contacts, calendar items, phone calls, and opportunities across a widely distributed sales team.

Van Genechten implemented Riva Integration Server from Riva to integrate SugarCRM with GroupWise and mobile devices for 40 Sugar users. With Riva, the sales team gained access to contacts, appointments, calls, opportunities, and other CRM data directly from GroupWise or mobile devices, improving sales collaboration, transparency, and responsiveness while keeping SugarCRM up to date.
