Hannover Re, the world’s third largest reinsurer, needed a secure and flexible way for its sales agents to synchronize Infor CRM (formerly SalesLogix) data with Microsoft Exchange. As a global company with around 2,400 staff and operations across all continents, the challenge was to support secure collaboration without compromising flexibility.
