Roxtec, a global leader in sealing solutions for cables and pipes, relied on Sugar Professional as its worldwide CRM system but struggled with the time-consuming maintenance of a native Outlook plug-in across more than 240 users in many countries. As the company upgraded systems and expanded geographically, it needed a simpler way to keep CRM data synchronized without adding admin overhead.
Riva implemented its Integration Server to connect Sugar CRM with Microsoft Exchange in a single server-side installation, giving Roxtec users automatic synchronization, CRM access from Outlook and mobile devices, and better email archiving and opportunity creation. With Riva, Roxtec reduced manual data entry and plug-in administration, improved user productivity, and reported strong feedback from 60 sales managers across 18 subsidiaries with no technical issues during rollout.
