Riva helps Tandus Centiva improve SugarCRM user adoption

Tandus Centiva, a Tarkett company, needed a modern CRM that would work seamlessly with its long-time IBM Notes and Domino environment. After moving off a discontinued Notes-based CRM, the company chose SugarCRM and looked for a way to support contacts, calendars, tasks, and email synchronization across its IBM Notes users and mobile devices. Riva was selected to help solve that integration challenge and improve SugarCRM adoption.

With Riva CRM Integration, Tandus Centiva achieved two-way sync between SugarCRM and IBM Notes/Domino, letting sales and marketing teams create and track contacts, activities, tasks, and emails from IBM Notes clients and iPhone/iPad devices. Riva also improved email tracking and reduced manual data entry, helping drive user adoption across 200 CRM users. The company now plans to extend the rollout with Riva’s SmartConvert, AssignTo, and opportunity integration features to further boost productivity and sales forecasting.
