Leading Venture Capital Firm, a New York-based VC firm, needed a more flexible platform than LexisNexis InterAction for managing deal flow, portfolio tracking, and internal workflows. As the company migrated to salesforce.com, it also needed to preserve the server-side Exchange contact synchronization and customization it had enjoyed with InterAction for Outlook and mobile devices.
Riva implemented a server-side integration between salesforce.com and Microsoft Exchange, satisfying the firm’s sync requirements without Outlook plug-ins and allowing control over which contacts and CRM objects were synchronized.
