The company wanted a server-side solution with no Outlook plug-ins or separate mobile apps, while improving CRM adoption and reducing duplicate data entry and app switching.

Riva implemented Riva On-Premise to sync data between SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) and Microsoft Exchange, starting with 100+ users and scaling to 400 users worldwide. The solution delivered fine-tuned contact sync, one-way calendar sync from C4C to Exchange, and two-way task updates, all managed by a single administrator on a virtual Windows Server. With Riva, ForFarmers achieved 100% of its customer sync requirements, improved user adoption, and saved time by embedding CRM data into native email and mobile workflows.
