A Riva Case Study
Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC), a Paris-based research and consulting firm focused on the software and ICT services industry, needed a new way to synchronize Salesforce CRM with Office 365 after moving from Gmail. Because its consultants all use Mac computers, PAC couldn’t rely on Salesforce for Outlook and instead needed a solution that would work smoothly with Outlook for Mac and mobile devices. Riva Cloud provided PAC with cloud-to-cloud synchronization between Salesforce and Office 365, syncing contacts, calendars, tasks, and other CRM data without requiring plug-ins or local software. With help from Riva’s Get Started Bundle, setup was quick, and PAC now benefits from bi-directional syncing, automatic contact creation, and minimal ongoing administration. The result is reliable access to Salesforce data across Outlook for Mac and mobile devices, strong user adoption, and time savings for consultants and administrators alike.
