Munters AB, a global leader in energy-efficient air treatment and climate solutions, needed a reliable way to keep its sales teams connected to CRM data as it moved from IBM Lotus Notes to Office 365 and continued managing a complex Salesforce-based sales process. The company wanted a solution that would support both desktop and mobile users with consistent access to appointments, tasks, emails, and opportunities while protecting data integrity during its cloud transition.

Riva implemented Riva Cloud to synchronize Salesforce with users’ native email and calendar apps across desktops and mobile devices, while also supporting SmartConvert, Drop-Folders, and customizations to streamline workflows. With Riva’s help, Munters completed its cloud strategy with less disruption, avoided duplicated or corrupted Salesforce data during migration, improved CRM adoption, and enabled 200 sales managers to work effectively on- and offline from iPhones, Android devices, and other platforms.
