Marazzi, a leading international ceramic tiles manufacturer, needed a better way to manage customer relations, calendars, and tasks across its global sales teams. Using Sugar Professional alongside Office 365, the company was losing time to manual double-entry between email calendars and CRM, and some important appointment data was not making it into Sugar.
Riva implemented Riva Cloud to provide always-on, server-side synchronization between Sugar and Office 365 without any client-side plugins. The bi-directional sync improved data quality and CRM adoption, gave users automatic access to calendars, contacts, and tasks across desktop and mobile devices, and saved significant time by eliminating manual re-entry.
