Leading Energy Providing Company, one of Australia’s leading energy providers, needed a way to keep its busy field staff and enterprise sales teams aligned after implementing SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C). With large numbers of trades people and technicians on the road, the company struggled with user adoption and needed to organize calendars, tasks, accounts, and opportunities without requiring manual data entry across systems. Riva was brought in to help synchronize information between Office 365 and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer C4C.

Riva implemented a customized integration that synced calendars, tasks, and opportunities, along with custom opportunity filters, layouts, and Outlook fields to track account status and meeting details. The solution also included a notes field workaround for contacts that could not map directly into Exchange. As a result, Leading Energy Providing Company’s staff could work in their preferred tools while Riva ran in the background, reliably keeping SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer C4C up to date and improving coordination across office and field teams.
