Franke Group, a global manufacturer with divisions including Franke Kitchen Systems, Franke Water Systems, and Franke Coffee Systems, needed a more flexible way to connect its SAP Hybris Sales Cloud CRM with Google email and calendar tools for its sales teams. The company was struggling with the limitations of its existing plugin-based setup, which couldn’t reliably sync appointments, recurring events, emails, or CRM data to mobile devices and Google apps.
Riva implemented Riva On-Premise to sync SAP Hybris Sales Cloud with Franke’s Google Cloud Server, enabling automatic synchronization of contacts, calendars, tasks, emails, opportunities, cases, custom fields, and custom objects across Gmail and mobile devices. The solution improved CRM adoption and sales productivity for 342 users, while also delivering strong support and reducing the need for plugins or separate mobile apps.
