Riva implemented transparent, bi-directional GroupWise integration for 1CRM, including SmartConvert Drop Folders to turn emails into CRM opportunities and support cases directly from the GroupWise client. The solution was customized with help from Omni and tailored training for staff, improving sales processes and making CRM data accessible from anywhere, including BlackBerry devices. The result was a smooth rollout, strong end-user adoption, and a clear path for CPU Consultores to scale toward 200 to 300 employees, with Marcus Svensson calling Riva’s integration “absolutely fantastic.”
