ARRI advances the art of filmmaking with Riva

ARRI, the Munich-based global media company behind award-winning camera and lighting systems, needed to reduce the administrative burden of centrally managing CRM data across its worldwide sales and marketing teams. To keep schedules, appointments, addresses, and customer information accurate and up to date across devices and regions, ARRI chose Riva and its server-side synchronization solution to bridge SugarCRM and Microsoft Exchange.

With Riva Cloud, ARRI implemented transparent, server-side sync for emails, contacts, and appointments across multiple versions of Microsoft Exchange and all devices, without requiring local plugins or add-ons. The result was reliable, secure data integration for 150 users, improved CRM adoption, support for only relevant and private contacts, and faster issue resolution from Riva’s support team—helping ARRI simplify workflows and focus more on customer experience.
