Global Vaccine Alliance Company, part of the global Vaccine Alliance, needed a better way to manage and share critical contact data across teams working with health ministries, UNICEF, WHO, donors, and vaccine manufacturers. After Salesforce for Outlook failed to meet their needs, they turned to Riva and its cloud-based sync solution to support accurate, accessible contact information for users working across Salesforce Sales Cloud, a Force.com app, and Office 365.

Riva implemented server-based synchronization for 15,000 contacts across more than 300 users, with custom query support and tagged user-based contact subsets in Salesforce. The result was seamless contact and calendar syncing, improved workflows and collaboration, and mobile access without installing software on each device. Global Vaccine Alliance Company reported saving time and money while improving user productivity and customer knowledge sharing through Riva.
