By integrating ChannelAdvisor’s Marketplace Module, Target launched on eBay in two weeks and now runs about 20,000 live listings. The platform enabled fast promotion activation, drove online sales growth, and attracted many new customers (a large majority of eBay shoppers hadn’t shopped Target online before); roughly 20% of eBay orders are fulfilled via in-store pickup, boosting acquisition and in-store cross‑sell opportunities.
