SellNSend, a Centennial, CO online retailer of outdoor and photography gear (and sister site AvidMax Outfitters), began as an eBay consignment shop but faced growing pains managing listings, inventory and Amazon product data across multiple marketplaces. After an early trial and brief departure from ChannelAdvisor, the company needed a more reliable, scalable multichannel solution to fix listing errors, prevent oversells and support rapid product/category expansion.

SellNSend implemented ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces for Amazon, eBay, Newegg and Rakuten plus ChannelAdvisor Digital Marketing, using Product Match to automate ASIN selection and surface listing errors and recommendations. Centralized inventory sync removed out-of-stock items from all channels, paid-search campaigns boosted site traffic, and the combined solution increased revenue and enabled significant growth without adding headcount.
