Schulz Outdoor, a growing retailer of outdoor, cycling, and swimwear apparel, wanted to expand beyond its stores and own webshop into major online marketplaces, but its first SaaS-based approach was too slow and lacked proactive support. The company turned to Rithum, using its marketplace and managed services capabilities to speed up its online expansion and improve marketplace operations.
Rithum helped Schulz Outdoor launch on Zalando and other marketplaces with centralized product and inventory management, faster onboarding, and better placement of listings. The rollout cut marketplace connection time to 6–8 weeks instead of 12 weeks or more, expanded sales across multiple European markets, and helped Schulz Outdoor grow its online share to around 20%, with a goal of 50% over time.
