Schulz Outdoor, a growing retailer of outdoor, cycling, and swimwear apparel, wanted to expand beyond its stores and own webshop into major online marketplaces, but its first SaaS-based approach was too slow and lacked proactive support. The rollout cut marketplace connection time to 6–8 weeks instead of 12 weeks or more, expanded sales across multiple European markets, and helped Schulz Outdoor grow its online share to around 20%, with a goal of 50% over time.
