RetailSplash Achieves rapid and sustained year-on-year growth

RetailSplash is an Australian e-commerce operator owning three online brands (Dungeon Crawl, ToolHQ and IndulgeHQ) that sells via dedicated sites and marketplaces like eBay and Trade Me. After using ChannelAdvisor in 2011 to move Dungeon Crawl off eBay and onto its own webstore—achieving threefold sales growth in three months—co-owners sought a consistent, scalable multichannel platform to replicate that success across new brands, products and markets without overhauling their IT.

RetailSplash deployed ChannelAdvisor Webstores and Marketplaces to centralize inventory, orders and listings, making it easy to add channels (including Trade Me and multiple eBay markets), automate policy changes and manage peak demand. The platform reduced administration and expansion costs, supported rapid international sales events and helped the business double annual turnover last year, enabling new hires and continued year‑on‑year growth.
